Purpose-built for the Ford Ranger T6.2 Double Cab (2022–Current), the Eagle's Nest installs with no drilling required, using existing tray mounting points for a secure factory-style fit while maximising internal living space.

Simply open your tailgate, release the two lockable latches and let the gas struts take over, effortlessly lifting the upper sleeping area into its camp-ready position. In under 30 seconds, the Eagle's Nest transforms from a low-profile ute canopy into a spacious, fully enclosed living space. Flip up the two internal access panels between the lower canopy and upper sleeping area to create seamless movement between your living and sleeping areas, with full standing room inside the canopy. Whether accessing your sleeping area from inside the canopy or using the external telescopic ladder, the Eagle's Nest gives you easy access regardless of how your vehicle or campsite is set up.

Add Canopy Camper Mounted Racks to carry additional gear and bring all your essentials along for the adventure. Heavy-duty marine-grade stainless steel gas struts support up to 30kg of gear on top of the canopy while opening and when set up at camp, meaning less time removing equipment and more time enjoying your adventure.

There’s a whole host of tie down, load securing and gear mounting accessories available.

The modular design doesn’t stop there, with integrated T-tracks around the entire perimeter and topside of the aluminium shell allowing you to customise your Eagle's Nest with your own accessories, gear mounts and storage solutions.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

TENT BODY: UV, mould and mildew-resistant 360G Polyester X-Canvas with PU-treated waterproofing, the Eagle's Nest tent body is developed & proven for NZ's harshest conditions to be tear-resistant, waterproof & weatherproof in anything your travels throw at you.

COATS UV-resistant thread (the stuff used on yacht sails), genuine YKK zippers, double reinforced and heat sealed seams, marine grade 316 stainless steel eyelets, NZ made bungees (which aid with pack down) & high-grade 150G mosquito mesh throughout.

OUTER CONSTRUCTION: Dulux® Duralloy® Powder coated fully TIG-welded aluminium construction.

Precision CNC-machined billet Aluminium latches, ladder brackets, mounting components, accessories & badging throughout. Marine grade 316 stainless steel hardware, along with an industrial-grade rubber sealing system, ensuring the entire canopy camper system is weatherproof and corrosion free in salt, sun, rain and snow.

GAS STRUTS: Heavy-duty marine grade 316 stainless steel gas struts that withstand winds up to 55 knots.

MATTRESS: 60mm thick ErgoCell memory foam mattress. Machine-washable cover with waterproof underside and side panels.

INSTALLATION & VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle Compatibility: Designed specifically for Double Cab Ford Ranger T6.2 models (2022-Current).

Please note: Upgraded suspension is recommended to accomodate the additional weight of the Eagle's Nest. 

The Eagle's Nest is designed with additional height clearance to accommodate a roof rack or platform on your vehicle's cab roof.

Installation: No drilling is required. The Eagle's Nest uses bolt-on and clamp-on mounting brackets that utilise existing fixtures in your Ranger tray for a secure and straightforward installation.

A heavy-duty rubber seal protects your ute tray paintwork while creating a watertight connection between the canopy camper and tray.
