$99 INSTALLATION & TENT LESSON:
- Available at our Kumeu, Auckland based workshop.
- Installation & Lesson Times: 9am, 11am & 2pm. Tuesday to Saturday.
If it is not at all possible for you to fit within these allocations, please call us on 09 954 5672.
Please note, we are not open on weekends.
- Time Required: around 15-30 minutes for installation. If you have the time (and we hope you do!) please allow a further 30 minutes for us to give you the full run-down on unfolding and caring for your new rooftop home.
AREA'S WE SERVICE
- New Zealand: Feldon Shelter products are available NZ wide.
- Australia: For all Australia orders, please visit our Australian distributor Adventure Merchants.
- Japan: For all Japan orders, please visit our Japan based distributor Regressive Evolution.
- International: International orders have been halted at the moment due to the effects Covid-19 has had on shipping, apologies about this.
WHAT FREIGHT SERVICES WE USE & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We use Mainfreight 2Home for large items (our Crow's Nest roof top tents) & NZ Courier Post for smaller items (our accessories, Bonus Rooms etc).
Rooftop Tent Shipping:
- 'Depot Collection' Option: Our depot collection option is available from all major Mainfreight 2Home depots. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, all available depots in your region will be listed for selection.
Delivery Estimates:
- Auckland: 1-3 working days (starting at $49)
- North Island: 2-4 working days (starting at $59)
- South Island: 3-7 working days (starting at $129)
For further details on timing, please contact us. Please be advised the above shipping costs differ for Family Crow's Nest Bundles.
- When collecting your Crow's Nest from the depot, please note the package is large (measures 1450mm x 12500mm x 400mm) and will require a trailer, or roof racks to transport. In most cases the package will NOT fit inside your vehicle.
- 'To Your Door' Option: Please contact us via email with your postal address for an accurate quote & delivery estimate to your door if depot collection isn't preferred.
If you have your adventure planned and need to get your hands on the Crow's Nest pronto, we recommend going with 'Depot Collection' as this is the fastest & smoothest option and eliminates any waiting around for the on-forwarding service to your door.
Accessory & Smaller Item Shipping:
NZ Courier Post: 1-3 days (tracked) nationwide. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, a shipping cost will appear. Unfortunately, we can't post to PO Boxes. Rural delivery will take a tad longer (you're probably used to that).
