We accept returns of our goods that are unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise returns. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds on returns will be given only on the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).
THE RETURN PROCESS
Contact email@example.com for a return authorization. Once Feldon Shelter has confirmed the return, ship the item packed in the original carton to our Auckland based workshop along with a copy of the proof of purchase and/or the original packing slip.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returns request and if approved Feldon Shelter will explore options. Options include replacement, repair or refund. When a refund is due this will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your bank statement once we approve the product return.
